LICENSE AGREEMENT - SKYMAP CONSTRUCTION

By purchasing a SkyMap Construction license, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive and time-limited right to use the service SkyMap Portal. The license agreement applies to one (1) project connected to one (1) company account in SkyMap Portal from the date of order and one (1) year onwards (license period), unless otherwise agreed.

The license includes

  • All functions in SkyView.
  • Unlimited number of flights in the timeline.
  • Unlimited number of admin and user accounts.
  • Storage up to 500 GB in the project.
  • Free support (in English or Swedish).

This license agreement only covers the points listed above but may also provide access to the ordering of several other services such as Cloud Processing, Design, Connect, On Demand and various integration services. Ordering and/or use of these services is invoiced separately.

If the amount of storage included in your license is exceeded for active and/or archived projects, SkyMap has the right to charge a fee corresponding to our storage suppliers' target price +30%. Calculation of storage is done quarterly and invoiced afterwards per terabyte (TB) started.

The price for a full-year license is currently SEK 21,995 excluding VAT (valid from 2023-10-01). SkyMap reserves the right to adjust the license prices in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions without altering this license agreement.

The license fee is charged in advance per agreed license period. Termination of license is done in writing to info@skymap.se no later than 30 days before the end of the license period. If no termination is made, the license agreement is automatically extended by the same period. In the event of termination, no refund will be made for any remaining contract period. Upon termination of the license, you can download all the data you want to keep. You can also order archiving from SkyMap. Projects that are archived are not available to you but can be restored by ordering SkyMap. SkyMap has the right to charge a fee for restoration.

If you need multiple licenses to manage parallel projects, an agreement can be made to easily acquire Construction licenses as needed.
