LICENSE AGREEMENT MOBA DESIGN TOOL

MOBA Design Tool is a SaaS-tool powered by SkyMap. It is an online service for you who want to create and change drawings and 3D models for machine control or GNSS rod. With MOBA Design Tool you can, among other things, rotate and scale PDF files, create elevation points, lines and surfaces and export as LandXML and DXF.

By purchasing a MOBA Design Tool license, the user receives a personal, non exclusive and time-limited right to use the service. The license agreement is valid for one user from the date of order and one (1) year onwards (license period). The license agreement is automatically renewed with the corresponding period unless the agreement is terminated no later than one (1) month before the end of the license period. The license fee is invoiced annually by MOBA. Termination of the license agreement is made in writing (email) to your MOBA sales contact. Upon termination, no refund is made for any remaining license period.
