LICENSE AGREEMENT - SKYMAP UNLEASHED

The SkyMap Unleashed is an additional license and requires a valid SkyMap license, such as a SkyMap Multi license. By purchasing the additional SkyMap Unleashed license, the Customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, and time-limited right to use the Cloud processing service for an unlimited number of Cloud processings with add-ons (such as DTM), using data from one drone. Each Cloud processing is limited by the amount of gigapixels included in the selected license package.

The standard Unleashed license package is limited to 40 gigapixels, which equals a maximum of 2,000 images with a 20-megapixel camera per cloud processing. SkyMap offers larger packages if needed. Please contact your personal sales representative to find the right package for your needs.

The license agreement is valid for one (1) drone (1 drone ID) from the date of order and for one (1) year thereafter (license period). The license agreement will be automatically renewed for the same period unless terminated no later than one (1) month before the end of the license period. The license fee is invoiced in advance before each new license period. Termination of the license agreement must be made in writing to info@skymap.se. Upon termination, no refund will be given for any remaining portion of the license period.

When using the cloud processing service, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that all data uploaded to the Service by their users complies with the requirements outlined in SkyMap's General Terms and Conditions. The Customer is also responsible for ensuring that the quality and accuracy of the data uploaded is sufficient to achieve the desired result and to control the final output.

Important

  • To facilitate the replacement of a broken drone, the customer is entitled to change the drone (a new drone ID) once every three months, but is not allowed to revert to an already used drone ID.
  • The Unleashed license does not include the use of Premium cloud processing or the Automated cloud processing for the Drone-in-a-box concept. Any use of these services will be invoiced separately.
  • If the package limit is repeatedly exceeded, SkyMap has the right to upgrade the license to the required level and invoice the difference for the remaining license period.

If the service is misused or the terms of the license are violated, SkyMap has the right to suspend the customer's account until the issue is resolved, without a refund of the license fee.
