TERMS CLOUD PROCESSING

Cloud processing is an additional service in SkyMap Portal and use of the service requires a valid SkyMap license that grants access to, and the right to use, the Service.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Data uploaded to the Service by their Users complies with the requirements in SkyMap's General Terms and Conditions. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the quality and accuracy of the data uploaded is sufficient to achieve the desired result and to control the final result.

Each initiated Cloud processing constitutes an order. SkyMap has the right to charge the Customer for each ordered Cloud processing regardless of the result, with the exception of errors in the Service that have caused errors in the processing.

A Cloud processing is limited to 2000 images and/or 40 gigapixels (equivalent to 2000 images with a 20 megapixel camera). Cloud processing with more images can be done in the Service after agreement with SkyMap. Billing is made per cloud processing started (i.e. per 2000 images and/or 40 GP).

Unless otherwise agreed, Cloud processing is invoiced on a project-by-project basis in arrears according to SkyMap's standard price list. The Customer is responsible for specifying any order number required for correct handling during invoicing in the project name in SkyMap Portal.

CLOUD PROCESSING CREDITS

Normally, Cloud processing is invoiced continuously in arrears, but if credits for Cloud processing has been ordered, the Customer pays an agreed amount in advance. SkyMap sends a monthly summary of ordered Cloud processing, the month's settlement and the remaining credits. The summary is only sent for the months in which something has been ordered.

When the credits is less than 10% of the original value, an invoice is automatically sent with the renewal of the credits. You can then choose whether you want to renew the credits or not. If the credits is not renewed, SkyMap will instead switch to invoicing Cloud processing continuously in arrears according to the standard price list when the credits is empty.

The price applicable at the time of purchase is valid until the day the credits is emptied or terminated. Any price changes are introduced when the pot is renewed.

SkyMap offers two different solutions for cloud processing credits.

Standard credits
This is the solution for those who want a better price, easier administration and a good overview of the Cloud processing that is done. You have a fixed price for each cloud processing (per 2000 images/40 GP). With the standard credits, SkyMap gives a 30% discount on the Cloud processing packages in the swedish standard price list. The discount does not apply to any other products, such as options and automated cloud processing for Drone-in-a-Box or similar.

Currently the pixel credits is only offered in Swedish kronor (SEK). Advance payment 24,875 SEK unless otherwise agreed.

Pixel credits
This is the solution for you who only do Cloud processing (regular, not automated for Drone-in-a-Box) with few images (fewer than about 250/processing with images from a 20 megapixel camera). The calculation is made based on the number of megapixels, i.e. depending on which camera you use and the number of images you process. The pixel credits is valid for 12 months from the invoice date. Any unused credits after 12 months goes to SkyMap and is not refundable.

Currently the pixel credits is only offered in Swedish kronor (SEK). Advance payment 10 000 SEK unless otherwise agreed.
