LICENSE AGREEMENT SKYMAP DESIGN

SkyMap Design is an online service for you who want to create and change drawings and 3D models for machine control or GNSS rod. With SkyMap Design, you can, among other things, rotate and scale PDF files, create elevation points, lines and surfaces and export as LandXML.

By purchasing a SkyMap Design license, the user receives a personal, non exclusive and time-limited right to use the service. The license agreement is valid for one user from the date of order and one (1) year onwards (license period). The license agreement is automatically renewed with the corresponding period unless the agreement is terminated no later than one (1) month before the end of the license period. The license cost is invoiced in advance before each new license period. Termination of the license agreement is made in writing to info@skymap.se. Upon termination, no refund is made for any remaining license period.

The price per license is currently SEK 11,995 excluding VAT (valid from 2022-11-01). SkyMap has the right to adjust the license prices in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions without changing this license agreement.

This license agreement covers SkyMap Design only. Other services within the platform SkyMap Portal require separate licenses for use. Please also note that use of separate ordering services in SkyMap Portal, e.g. SkyMap Connect and On Demand, are billed separately based on order and/or use.
